Milk Box

Being the lazy food blogger/reviewer that I am, I rely on lists, which tell me the best places to eat at, to help me know where to dine next. I've been seeing Milk Box on these lists for the longest time and I've actually been passing by the restaurant for the same duration. One day, I finally went in.
Maybe one of the reasons why my brain was never urged to go in is because, from the outside, the restaurant seemed so small and, it is, so much so that it could maybe only fit about 12 to 15 people at a time. But that's just me being a brat for personal space and this information is not at all important to the food review, which I will be getting to below.
FOOD REVIEW:
What We Ate:
Tres Leches Waffle Sundae: It was my first time being there and I didn't know what to get so, to make my life easier, I just got one of their best sellers. The waffle was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. For the ice cream on top of the waffles, I decided to get their Cookie Dough & Malted Milk flavors and, they were good, but I couldn't tell which one was which. The one thing that bothered me was their garnish, which were a handful of tiny mint leaves topped on the ice cream scoops, and I know they're there for aesthetic purposes and I sometimes add garnishes just so a dish could look good too but it bothered me because when the taste of the mint leaves hit your palette, it ruins the whole experience and hinders you from truly appreciating the combination of flavors on the plate, but you could just push them aside and not eat them like I did.
Brewed Coffee/Americano: I, personally, liked it but my sister, who's a real coffee drinker, thought it to be a little too sweet for her liking. So you'd have to try it to know if you too would enjoy it or not.
That's all.... BYE!!!!!
HAVE A HAPPY FOOD TRIP! :)
