Fluffy as Cotton Candy Pancakes

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1. Combine all your dry ingredients and mix them thoroughly.

2. Add the oil and the milk into the mixture and whisk with your muscles.

3. In a separate bowl, whip your egg whites until you achieve soft to stiff peaks.

4. Fold your whipped egg whites into the mixture you created in #2.

5. Put your fire on low and wait for your pan to heat up.

6. Have patience.

7. After your pan has heated up, you can now heat your oil.

8. When the oil has heated up, you can now add in your batter.

9. After 3-4 minutes, flip your pancake.

10. Remove the pancake from the pan and transfer it to a plate.

11. Eat. :)

A simple recipe that, if I could do, you could do too!

 

Pancake Recipe (Yield: 3-4 Pancakes)

 

1/2 Cup Flour, All-Purpose

1 T Sugar, White

1 t Baking Powder

1/2 t Salt, Iodized

 

1/2 Cup Milk

1 T Oil (Any Neutral Flavored Oil)

1 t Vanilla, Extract

1-2 Egg, Whites (Whipped)

TIPS:

* Refrigerate your batter for, at least, 30 minutes so that it can settle down and thicken.

*Cover the pan when you've added your pancake batter so that the heat could be distributed evenly. (Also helps it cook faster.)
