Ichiba Japanese Market

It's not uncommon for us, Filipinos, to buy fresh seafood from our dampa markets and choose, from a variety of choices surrounding the market, a restaurant that would cook your purchases in any way you would like them to. However, I think that the Ichiba Japanese Market, which is a restaurant located at the 2nd floor of Resorts World Manila, is a little bit different and an awesome food experience to have because aside from it being an indoor wet market, it's also visually appealing, unlike the dampa markets that we have here and are used to.
Aside from the indoor wet market, they also have open kitchen stations, where they cook their Takoyaki, their Donburi, and their Yakitori. If you're like me and you like watching other people cook for you then this restaurant is really going to be a great food experience for you to have. Price-wise, it's not as expensive as you would expect it to be. If you're into seafood, it's seafood, and seafood does tend to be on the expensive side but all the other dishes like their ramen dishes, their sushi dishes, and all their other dishes that are not found in their market are quite priced reasonably. Their price-range for non-market products range from 200 - 400. Their market products' prices would differ depending on if the seafood is local or imported, I think the same goes for their meat prices.
(It's also good to remember that the restaurant has a different pricing menu for cooking the products that you buy in their market.)
On to more important things, taste-wise, I'm not going to say that it tastes authentic or anything like that because I haven't been to Japan, if anyone who's reading this wants to sponsor me for that then go on to the contacts tab and give me a free ticket to Japan so that the next time I eat at a Japanese restaurant, I'd be able to tell you if it tastes authentic or not. Anyway, I didn't like the Takoyaki very much, but maybe it's just me because I don't really like mayonnaise, even Japanese mayonnaise. What I did like was their Chicken and Pork Yakitori, their Karaage, their Gyoza, and their Sushi.
Hope you had a great time reading my not so coherent food review!
Have a happy food trip! :)
