Cafe Seolhwa

I've never been a fan of snow cones or any dessert that's ice-based, but when I tried Cafe Seolhwa's Bing Su, which is basically a Korean dessert with ice and condensed milk, I've now been converted and am a big fan of this particular dessert.
They have other products too and I'll get to them in a while but I want to describe to you how good their Bing Su was. If you think that they use their ice as a filler to make their Bing Su bigger then you would be wrong because the ice that they use is so amazingly fine that it is the star and the main ingredient to this dessert. I think I would pay to eat just the ice and nothing else if that were an option. But, seriously, this isn't an exaggeration, try it and tell me that I'm hyping it up and I'd smack you in the face. (Getting a little violent.... That's how good it was!!!!)
On to their other products, they also have different types of cakes on display but I don't think it's an actual part of their menu because their displays vary every time we go. You also have to try their coffee!!!!! Their small sizes could already be shared by two people, I don't even know what their largest size looks like.
JUST TRY IT AND THANK ME LATER!!!!
Have a happy food trip!!!!! :))
