Overall Summary at the bottom of the page for people who do not want to read a VERY LONG review. :)
A little hidden from the busy city that is Makati, Terraz is located at the 3rd floor of the Zuelig Building and although its guests may see the view of all the traffic and the stress that comes with living the city life, their restaurant has a very quiet and relaxed feel to it.
They offer various cuisines, from Asian to Western to European, anything you may think to want is in their menu. Lately, I've been obsessing over, our very own, Chicken Inasal and decided to try theirs, though it may not have been the traditional Ilonggo-style Inasal, it was actually very good and juicy and quite tender, but it, honestly, lacked that charred flavor and texture that would have gone well with the other components of the dish. We were also able to try some of their appetizers, which were the Garlic "Salpicao Skewers" and the Prawn Gambas "Al Ajillo" Their Salpicao was super tender and is very friendly to those who have a bad jaw like me and their Prawn Gambas was paired with fried shredded pita bread and it really complimented the dish, in terms of flavor and texture.
For those of you who aren't really into food, there are some who aren't, I know, weird! But, anyway, they really put a lot of effort into how they plate their dishes and if you're more of an artistic person than a foodie then their dishes will surely appeal to your aesthetic side.
Summary (For people who do not read and do not want to read, I understand):
Best Seller: I didn't ask again, I have no excuse but my laziness.
What I Tried: The Inasal, Salpicao Skewers, and their Prawn Gambas
Overall Review: It's a little on the expensive side, but it can be you're once or twice a month restaurant, it's well worth it anyway.
