We're now ending our first three part hangry nights series and, obviously, after the appetizer and the main course, comes the dessert. These dishes were done for friends and family and, hopefuly, after reading these, you might just make some for them.

This will be the only dish that yields for more than just one person because if you don't share dessert then you're too greedy. Anyway, on to the recipe below.

Choco Lava Recipe: (Yields: 6 Servings)

3 Pcs Eggs 4 Tbsp Sugar, Whtie 6 Ounces (170 g) Chocolate, Dark 2 Tbsp Flour 1 Stick (110 g) Butter 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 Tsp Salt, Iodized

Procedure:

1. Butter six ramekins, or aluminum muffins molds and dust with flour. (Don't try to be smart and use cocoa powder because when I did that, the cocoa powder melted and the mixture stuck to the ramekin. Yey me!) 2. Melt chocolate and butter over a Bain-Marie (bowl over a sauce pan half-filled with boiling water) until smooth. Meanwhile beat the eggs with sugar and salt using a whisk or mixer until thick and light yellow. Mix in vanilla extract and flour. Gradually add the melted chocolate and stir well. Pour mixture into the prepared molds. 3. Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are firm and the center is still soft. Remove and let cool slightly for few seconds. Run a sharp knife completely around the inside edge of the molds and invert onto plates. Sprinkle powdered sugar or cocoa powder on top, and serve immediately.

To be honest, the mini apple pie, the caramel sauce, and the vanilla ice cream were all home-made too and I could give you the recipe for all of them but..... I'm too lazy to. So just buy your ice cream, caramel sauce, and a mini apple pie, if they have them, in the store.

Well..... That concludes the first EVER hangry nights series. Hope you come back for more or, at least, share my posts. It wouldn't hurt, would it?

Anyway, I hope you've enjoy yourself, as much, as you hated having to read all of these things.
